📋 Referral Partner Agreement

1. Referral Relationship

You act as a referral partner only. Sims Foreclosure handles all research, documentation, court filings, and back-office work. You do not originate, file, or provide legal advice.

2. Compensation & Tiers

Partners are compensated on a contingency basis from successfully recovered funds. There is no upfront cost to the claimant. Commission is tiered based on the number of referrals submitted in a calendar month:

• Bronze Tier — 20%: 1–3 referrals in the month
• Gold Tier — 35%: 4–10 referrals in the month

Tiers are evaluated monthly based on that month's referral volume.

3. Your Referral Link

You will receive a unique referral link and code. Referrals submitted through your link are tracked to your account.

4. Compliance & Conduct

You agree to represent the program accurately, not to guarantee outcomes, and to comply with all applicable laws. Approval is at the company's discretion.

5. Term & Termination

This agreement remains in effect while your account is active and may be terminated for cause. Earned referrals remain payable per the terms above.
